Returns & Exchanges
At Clinikally, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey; if a product arrives damaged or incorrect, you can initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of beauty products, we only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Log into your Clinikally account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.
- 2.Quality Verification
Upload clear photos of the product, including the batch number and any visible damage, for our dermatological quality control team to review.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Once approved, place the items in their original box with all protective seals intact to ensure they are not damaged during the transit back to our warehouse.
- 4.Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or Clinikally wallet within 5-7 business days.
